1. As we are a small business and gain our revenue through appointments only, we politely request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.

2. Regrettably, missed appointments and cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged in full.

3. A deposit of 50% is required for pamper packages and  group bookings.

4. Gift Vouchers are available and make ideal presents to pamper your family or friends. The vouchers are valid for 12 months.
